I got off the phone a couple of hours ago with the woman that runs the shelter and he's mine. I'll be getting him in a week or so. She say's she's positive he's around 9mo. old and a real stick of TNT. Gonna have to do something about the name though. Maybe gaitor or drake or....... ?? www.petfinder.com/pet.cgi?action=2&pet=5544163

Plainsman..... Have you got him yet? What do you think? Hope you have fun. C Dubb I did the 10hr. roadtrip a couple of days ago. Man did I get a suprise. After seeing him in person, I honestly don't believe that there is any lab in him at all. I truely think him to be pure chessie!!!!He hasn't been taught a d**n thing ....BUT, he's learning very fast He and my female lab are having a ball ;D

Good for you. I dont believe in the old saying "You cant teach an OLD dog new tricks". Not knowing how old your dog is. I think enough bull headedness on your part can get anything trained. You can train a turd to play dead. if you wanted to do something like that. Well good luck with him. C Dubb
